Aaron Lefebvre is ASE certified and engineer-trained, with 23 years in automotive repair. In all those years, there has not been a single one where he wasn't in school for something.
That matters more now than it ever has. A 2026 vehicle is a network of computers that occasionally moves. The shops that stopped learning ten years ago are still guessing — and guessing is what turns a $180 diagnosis into a $1,900 parts cannon.
But ask Aaron what he loves about this job and he won't say torque specs. He'll say the moment somebody understands their own car.

Ruth Lefebvre handles the books, keeps C&J connected to the community we serve, and — as Aaron puts it — makes all the hard decisions. Without her, there is no C&J.
Together they're raising two teenage boys, who have been slowly absorbed into every corner of this business and will probably run it someday if they're not careful. Both boys play sports here in town. Ruth serves on the board of their hockey program.

How C&J Started
In August of 2019, Aaron and Ruth Lefebvre bought an old service station on Central Avenue in Osseo — a building built in the 1940s, back when the guy who pumped your gas also knew your name, your kids' names, and the sound your car made on cold mornings.
The building needed work. And we’re still adding our own flare to it. The gas pumps are gone, the canopy came down, and we have four mechanic bays — one of which is the alignment rack.
We could have chased something bigger and shinier. We didn't. Because four bays means Aaron can put his own eyes on the work. It means the person who explains your repair is the person who diagnosed it. It means we can't hide behind a service desk, a script, or a corporate warranty department.
Small isn't our limitation, it’s our super-power. Small is the entire reason this works.
